The North Bay Central Ambulance Communications Centre (CACC) is a department of the North Bay Regional Health Centre that provides emergency medical communication services 24/7 for the East Ferris area.
When you dial 911 and request an ambulance, the patient will be transported to the North Bay Regional Health Centre at 50 College Drive in North Bay.

The Municipality of East Ferris has a Volunteer Fire Department. The Department responds to calls related to fire, motor vehicle accidents and medical. In an emergency call 911.

Civic Address Signs
In 1995, the Municipality of East Ferris implemented By-law 1755 for speed and ease of emergency response. As per By-law 1755, it is the homeowners responsibility to purchase and maintain a civic address sign. It is important to note that all civic address signs shall be visible from both directions of the roadway. By-law 1755, Schedule E shall be replaced with current fees under By-law 2013-23 Schedule F.
If you are experiencing a power outage please contact Hydro One at 1-800-434-1235. Hydro One will be able to assist you with the problem and may be able to provide the estimated duration of the outage. It is recommended that you write this number down and store it somewhere you can easily find it, if needed.
