Council, at its regular meeting of February 14th, 2023, adopted the 2023-2026 Strategic Plan. 
The Plan was developed with consideration to residents comments and suggestions through the Strategic Plan Resident & Business Survey as well as a Strategic Plan Open House.
This guiding document identifies Council priorities over the next 4 years. 

Annual progress reports will be developed and communicated to the residents of East Ferris.
