New Comprehensive Zoning By-law Documents
The new East Ferris Comprehensive Zoning By-law seeks to implement zoning regulations in conformity with new Official Plan policies and legislative changes from the Province of Ontario. The goal is to do this while still incorporating elements of previously existing by-laws, with regards to terminology and approach, in order to maintain some consistency between past zoning exercises and new standards, where possible.
Zoning is intended to set specific land use standards for all land within the municipality with regards to permitted uses and specific regulations such as setbacks and other lot development standards.
We encourage residents to sign up to attend any of the sessions listed above, but are also happy to answer questions directly prior to any of the meetings. If you have questions or comments please contact Greg Kirton, Manager of Planning and Economic Development by calling the municipal office at 705-752-2740 ext. 223.
Alternatively, written comments can be provided to email@example.com or dropped off at, or mailed to, the municipal office at 390 Highway 94. Corbeil, ON. P0H 1K0.
Any comments received will form part of the official file and be forwarded to the Planning Advisory Committee for their consideration.
