Short Term Rentals
The Municipality of East Ferris recently passed a by-law to regulate the use of rural and residential properties for Short Term Rentals. By-law 2022-23 provides rules and regulations around the operation of a Short Term Rental A License from the Municipality is required to operate all Short Term Rentals.

NOTE: By-law 2022-23 was repealed and replaced with By-law 2022-36.
