There will be fire and smoke visible from the road so don’t be alarmed as this is a controlled training event.

Fire departments from the Nipissing and Parry Sound districts will be taking part in this incredible opportunity to hone their fire attack skills. Live fire training is a requirement for departments such as ours that provide any interior fire fighting.

The trailer and operators are provided by the Ontario Fire College and Office of the Fire Marshall. The trailer travels throughout Ontario annually only stopping at select locations, and East Ferris was fortunate to have the opportunity this year.
