It is advised that you consult early with the Municipal Staff to ensure that there are no unexpected delays with your project. Your development must meet the regulations of the Municipal Official Plan and Zoning By-law as well as the Building Code Act of Ontario prior to a permit being issued. If there are planning constraints on your property then consulting early will keep the process running on schedule.
