Municipal Boat Launches 

The community is fortunate to have several access points to enjoy a day on the lake. Take out your canoe, kayak or motor boat and discover. 

In the late summer or early fall there have been confirmed occurences of Blue Green Algae on the lakes.  Lake Nosbonsing has been more prone to the bloom than Trout Lake. The North Bay Parry Sound Health Unit has supplied this Fact Sheet on Blue Green Algae so that you may learn more on how it affects you.  If you suspect Blue Green Algae in your area call the Ministry of Environment for testing.  The Health Unit will assist you with any questions you have.
