We are very happy to announce that on January 12, 2023 final approval of the East Ferris Official Plan was given by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing! Council, staff and residents have been eagerly awaiting this decision and we are pleased to be able to provide the following updated planning documents that reflect the Ministry required amendments and changes.
